Better nutrition is related to improved infant, child and maternal health, stronger immune systems, safer pregnancy and childbirth, lower risk of noncommunicable diseases (such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease), and longevity. Healthy children learn better.

Making sure a child has a balanced and nutritious diet is difficult for every parent. Between home, school, and extracurricular activities children are exposed to junk food, and it seems impossible for them to eat healthy meals and snacks all of the time. That is where the experts are needed.
